Venkero LLC
Terms of Service
Effective 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Venkero LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Venkero”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the Venkero software and the venkero.com website. By creating an account or using Venkero, you agree to them.
1. Who may use Venkero
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use Venkero for a business, you confirm you may agree to these terms for that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload โ files, project details, client information, invoices, messages. You give Venkero the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service can work: for example, generating a shared link, or sending a notification about an event you asked to be told about. We do not use your content for advertising.
4. Clients and people you invite
You decide who gets access to which project, and you are responsible for that choice. A person you invite sees only what you grant.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Venkero to break the law, to infringe someone’s rights, to store or share material you have no right to, to send messages to people who did not agree to receive them, to attempt to reach another business’s data, or to interfere with the service or other users.
6. Text message notifications
(a) Text notifications are optional, off by default, and only sent to a number that person has verified and agreed to use for them.
(b) Agreeing happens in the account holder’s own settings, by ticking a consent box that is never pre-selected. The exact wording agreed, and the date, are recorded.
(c) Messages are operational notices about that person’s own business โ a client email, a client approval, an accepted estimate, a task or project deadline they chose to be reminded about. They are not marketing.
(d) Messages may include selected project information and the text of a client email, so a notification can be read without opening Venkero.
(e) Message frequency varies with activity. Message and data rates may apply.
(f) Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; reply HELP for help, or email help@venkero.com. You can also switch texts off in settings, which stops sending and cancels anything waiting.
(g) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
(h) Venkero empties the text of a message from its own records 30 days after it is sent. Copies may remain with the messaging provider, the mobile carriers, the recipient’s phone and in backups, each under its own retention.
7. Fees
Venkero is currently provided at no charge. If we introduce fees, we will tell you the price and what it covers before you are asked to pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Venkero available, but we may change, pause or withdraw features. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will give reasonable notice. You should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Venkero at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if the service is discontinued. On ending, your content may be deleted; export anything you need first.
10. Disclaimers
Venkero is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Venkero LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and each side consents to those courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at venkero.com/terms. If a change is material, we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Venkero after a change means you accept it.
