A plain description of what this software holds, written by the people who built it.

What is kept

Your account

Your name and email address, and a password stored only as a hash — nobody here can read it.

Your business's records

Clients, projects, tasks, documents and the signatures on them, and a record of who did what and when.

Your files

Photos and video you upload, and photographs in galleries, kept in Cloudflare's object storage.

Your email

Documents and notifications are sent through the mailbox your business connected, so they come from you. We do not read your mail.

What is not done with it

Files are not sold, shared or used to train anything. They are served to the people your business invited, through private links. A client of yours sees your business’s work and their own projects, and nothing about your other clients.

How long it is kept

You choose how long files are kept after a project finishes — from thirty days to a year, or indefinitely on Pro. The date is visible to you, and nothing is removed without one being set.
